1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or booking a class with Belize Pilates, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Classes may be cancelled up to the studio's cancellation window before the class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in credit forfeiture per studio policy.

3. Memberships & Credits

Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits expire according to the terms of the package purchased. No refunds are issued for unused credits once a pack has been activated.

4. Health & Safety

You confirm you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in Pilates classes. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise programme.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including class materials and programming, is owned by Belize Pilates and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
